You have the flexibility to Project Manage the renovation yourself or the renovation can be Project Managed for you. Project Management can be fun if you have the time and patience to give to the project but it can be a nightmare if you try to DIY without full knowledge of the commitment needed. Renergi's Project Managers are experienced in this field and suggest that you allow them to manage it for you.

The creation of a scope of works will be a joint effort by yourselves and the Project Manager and will be based on the agreed level of financial investment your wish to make.

There is a scale of charges related to this service and it varies depending on the level of commitment you need from the Project Managers.
