Gavin & Liz were able to secure a property in Graceville for significantly under market value. Being experienced renovators but lacking the cash deposit to settle the property, we were able to secure finance for them based on the valuation, not the purchase price. The valuation for the property came in at 390k, significantly more than the purchase price of 305k. We were able to secure a 90% Lo Doc loan based on the valuation being a loan of 351k. This allowed Gavin & Liz to purchase the property no-money-down leaving their spare cash available to renovate the property.
