Who we are and where we've come from
Renergi Renovate Smarter, is owned by Tina and Rody Lugo, who live in Brisbane and have four young children. The Lugo's have been co-directors of The Renovation Club since December 2004 and became the sole directors in October 2005. Renergi was established to help fellow renovators save time, money and heartache with their renovations. Setting up Renergi was a direct result of our experience in running a successful renovation business, Creative Renovations. The club was originally designed to help the investor renovator but has evolved to include home renovators and tradesmen - anybody who is involved in renovating a property in Australia and who would like to do it less expensively and easier while enjoying greater returns.
The idea for a renovation club first came about when they were renovating their own homes and investment properties, as well as properties for clients, and others kept asking their advice about which suppliers they were using. These friends wanted to either co-ordinate or do the work themselves but needed to access reliable and good quality tradesmen and other suppliers and were having trouble finding them. They also had no idea of costs and soon discovered that tradesmen don't like quoting because this represents unpaid time and, therefore, they often simply don't show up or overcharge if they do.
They have a passion for creating wealth for themselves and helping others to achieve it. The club offers discounts and contacts as well as practical renovation advice which supports the wealth creation strategies.
At wealth creation seminars, people learn that renovating is one of the key fundamentals in accumulating great wealth but they don't acquire the practical knowledge as to how to do it. This is where the hard-won experience of the club directors, and that of fellow Renergi members, is of great benefit to those following on the same creative and logistical path. There is no need to reinvent the wheel when you can be guided and supported by those who've successfully done it already. |
